Workshops and Retreats

Explore New Possibilities

Exploration is at the heart of everything we do. Our workshops, retreats, and educational programs offer opportunities to pause, reflect, learn new skills, and discover new ways of relating to yourself and the world around you.

From mindfulness and emotional wellness to relationships, personal growth, and community connection, our offerings are designed to support lifelong learning and meaningful change. We invite you to explore alongside us.

Community Meditation

Quiet your mind. (Or at least try. We won't judge.)

Community Meditation meets the first Wednesday of every month, 7 PM. This is a joint offering from The Center For Mindful Exploration and Hillside Yoga and Wellness.

Each month we provide a different type of meditation to give participants an opportunity to try various practices in an effort to find a personalized meditation that works for each individual.

No experience is needed and Community Meditation is ALWAYS FREE AND OPEN TO THE PUBLIC.

We meet at Hillside Yoga and Wellness, located at 8 Garfield Street, LaGrange, GA
