Our Spring and Fall Silent Retreats offer opportunities to step away from the noise of everyday life and reconnect with yourself through stillness, movement, and mindful reflection.

The Center For Mindful Exploration and Hillside Yoga & Wellness are honored to partner in offering these day-long retreats each spring and fall. Thoughtfully designed to nourish your mind, body, and soul, each retreat weaves together guided meditation, mindful movement, and extended periods of silence, creating space to slow down, breathe deeply, and simply be.

Throughout the day, you'll have opportunities for quiet contemplation, personal reflection, and time to wander the peaceful outdoor spaces at your own pace. A homemade plant-based lunch is included, providing another opportunity to practice mindfulness and nourishment in community.

Whether you have an established meditation practice or are simply longing for a day of rest and renewal, our Silent Retreats provide a supportive environment to unplug, reconnect, and return to your life feeling grounded, refreshed, and restored.

“I thought being silent all day would make me anxious, but it was just the opposite. The whole day was peaceful and nurturing and I left feeling renewed and cared for. ”
