Cancellation & Missed Appointment Policy

At The Center for Mindful Exploration, we understand that unexpected situations can arise. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, we ask that you provide at least one full business day's notice whenever possible.

Appointments canceled after 5:00 p.m. on the previous business day will incur a $75 late cancellation fee.

Clients who do not attend their scheduled appointment and do not notify the office ("no-show") will be charged the full session fee of $130, regardless of insurance status.

Insurance companies do not reimburse for missed appointment or late cancellation fees, and these charges are the client's responsibility.
